Delete your account
Quandamn NSPIRE users can permanently delete their account directly inside the mobile app. You may also submit a deletion request using the contact option below if you cannot access the app.
Open your profile
Sign in to the Quandamn NSPIRE mobile app, open Account & Profile, and scroll to Delete account and personal data.
Review and verify
Select Delete account, review the retention and subscription notices, enter your current password, and type DELETE. Password confirmation protects against deletion from an unattended device.
Confirm permanent deletion
Select Permanently delete. Your Firebase sign-in, active personal profile, public directory listing, credentials, device tokens, notifications, favorites, trial, organization mobile-license assignment, RevenueCat customer profile, and the App's account-specific local workspace are removed.
When deletion must be resolved first
For security and business-record integrity, the App will identify a specific required action instead of deleting the account when:
- You are the only active owner of an organization. Assign another active owner first.
- You have accepted or in-progress inspections. Complete or otherwise resolve those assignments first.
- You are the platform owner. Transfer platform ownership first.
Pending inspection assignments and marketplace offers are declined or closed when an otherwise eligible account is deleted.
Information that may be retained
Completed inspection reports and their embedded evidence—including inspector identity, signatures, photographs, findings, and location verification—may remain available only to authorized organizations and platform personnel when needed for contractual, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes. Purchase, invoice, tax, security, and deletion-audit records may also be retained where required. Active profile and marketing-directory use ends with deletion.
Copies previously exported to email, a recipient, device files, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud Drive, or another user-selected service are controlled by that recipient or service and cannot be deleted from the Quandamn App.
App-store subscriptions
Deleting a Quandamn account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings to stop future store renewals.
Cannot access the App?
Email us from the address associated with the account. Include your full name and account email, but never send your password. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
